Posters and Poster Competition
CCEI personnel are invited to present posters that showcase EFRC research. Posters should be 48 inches by 36 inches (portrait or landscape orientation). Easels, foam core and clips will be provided. The following information must be submitted when registering for the event:
(1) poster title
Posters presented by graduate students and postdocs that showcase EFRC research conducted as part of DOE award number DE-SC0001004 will be entered into a poster competition. One winner will be selected to receive a $100 gift card. All attendees are eligible to vote. Additional voting rules and information will be provided during the event.
Social Media Workshop
Sarah Mojarad (California Institute of Technology) will present a workshop on communicating science through social media.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact Cindy King at 302-831-1628 to make a reservation for you. Students will be paired to share rooms. ***The room block will be released on April 8.***
Airports / Transportation
The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the best airport option for traveling to this event. It is approximately 45 minutes from Newark.
The Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is approximately 1 hour from Newark.
***Please note that the Newark International Airport is in New Jersey, approximately 2 hours from Newark, Delaware.***
The Delaware Express Shuttle Service can be used to arrange pick-ups and/or drop-offs to/from airports and/or train stations.
